Our Healing Services
Lifestyle assessment
Sleep, nutrition, breath, and stress management play a crucial role in mental health and feelings of overall well-being.
We will thoroughly examine lifestyle habits that may no longer be beneficial for you, collaborating to create personalized modifications that cater to your specific needs. Together, we will discover practical strategies that not only enhance your quality of life but also bolster your mental wellness journey.
Psychotherapy
There is nothing “wrong” with you. The symptoms and struggles you are experiencing are stem from human biology.
We provide solution-focused psychotherapy that prioritizes psychoeducation. Empowering our patients with knowledge and true understanding of the brain/body connection is essential, as it enables them to comprehend contributing factors and the underlying pathophysiology of stress. Understanding diagnostic methods and treatment options is also a key component of this process.
Psychoeducation highlights that mental health conditions frequently stem from a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental influences, helping to alleviate feelings of self-blame and guilt.
Medication Management
Psychotropic medication can be a powerful and life-saving tool when utilized appropriately.
Medication should never be approached as a one-size-fits-all intervention. Each individual has unique needs and experiences that inform their mental health journey. While there are instances when medication is appropriate, there are also times when it’s beneficial to explore other modalities, such as psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, or holistic practices first.
By fostering a collaborative team dynamic, we recognize that your input is just as valuable — often even more so — than the provider’s. Together, we can create a wellness plan that aligns with your preferences, ensuring that you feel empowered, informed, and comfortable every step of the way. This partnership approach helps us to achieve truly personalized care that respects your autonomy and supports your mental health goals.

An initial psychiatric evaluation typically includes a comprehensive assessment of the individual's mental health history, current symptoms, and overall functioning. During this evaluation, the clinician will conduct a thorough interview to gather information about the patient's past mental health experiences, family history of mental illness, medical history, and any medications currently being taken. Additionally, the clinician may use standardized assessment tools to evaluate mood, anxiety levels, and cognitive function. The purpose of this evaluation is to establish rapport, understand the individual’s unique circumstances, and collaborate on a tailored treatment plan that may include psychotherapy, medication management, or other holistic approaches to support mental wellness.
Time invested: 45-90 minutes.
Frequency: Once at the start of services.
Fee $200.00

During a follow-up psychiatric assessment focused on gathering additional information, the clinician further engages the patient in a detailed discussion about their symptoms, history, and daily functioning. The purpose of this session is to provide a thorough assessment that more deeply evaluates a patient for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. More in-depth assessment tools or questionnaires may be utilized to gain a clearer picture of the patient's condition(s). Additionally, labs will be ordered to determine if any underlying deficiencies or health conditions are contributing to mental health symptoms. This comprehensive approach not only helps in supporting or ruling out specific diagnoses but also lays the groundwork for developing an effective, personalized treatment plan.
Time investment: 30-60 minutes
Frequency: 1-2 sessions following the initial evaluation
Fee $150.00

During our psychotherapy sessions, we take a comprehensive approach to help you enhance your mental well-being. We begin by focusing on psychoeducation, where you’ll gain insights into how your mind and body are interconnected. This includes discussions about your emotional and physiological responses to stressors in your life.
You will explore and identify patterns that affect your daily functioning, allowing us to assess your current routines, such as sleep habits, nutrition, and social interactions. We utilize principles from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emphasizing mindfulness techniques that encourage you to observe your feelings without judgment. This practice empowers you to recognize your thoughts and emotions, which can lead to healthier behaviors and more effective coping strategies.
Throughout our time together, you'll cultivate self-awareness and feel supported in making meaningful lifestyle changes. By focusing on improving your mental health and emotional regulation, we aim to provide you with the tools you need for a more balanced life.
Time investment: 50-60 minutes
Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly
Fee: $150.00

During a psychiatric appointment for medication management, the clinician will typically begin by reviewing the patient’s current medications, including their effectiveness and any side effects experienced. The session may involve a discussion about the patient's symptoms, overall mental health, and any significant life changes or stressors since the last visit. This helps to assess the stability of the patient's condition and whether adjustments to the medication may be necessary.
The clinician will also take this opportunity to address any concerns the patient has and provide education on the medication regimen, including its purpose, benefits, and potential risks. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that the treatment plan aligns with the patient's needs, fostering open communication and collaboration throughout the process. Your clinician uses a “start low and go slow” approach to medication management that allows patients to ease into taking medication while minimizing side effects.
Time investment: Varies, typically no longer than 30 minutes.
Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly until appropriate medication and therapeutic dose has been achieved, then monthly-every three months.
Fee: $100.00

During a session that integrates medication management with psychotherapy, both aspects work collaboratively to address the patient's mental health needs. The session typically begins with a review of the patient's current medication regimen, assessing its efficacy and any side effects experienced since the last appointment. This is followed by a discussion of the patient's overall emotional and psychological state, exploring recent challenges, progress, and any coping strategies employed. The clinician may use various therapeutic techniques to facilitate open dialogue, allowing the patient to express thoughts and feelings that can impact their mental health. Together, they work on setting goals for treatment, which may include adjustments to medications, the introduction of new therapeutic exercises, or planning follow-up sessions to ensure consistent support and care.
Time investment: 50-60 minutes
Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly
Fee $175.00
